I moved to USA back in '97 and Through hard work and determination, I managed to climb the culinary ladder and eventually became an Executive Chef for Specialty Restaurants.

In addition to my successful career in the culinary world, I am happily married and blessed with two wonderful kids who constantly inspire me. I also manage a window cleaning company, where I enjoy the challenge of maintaining sparkling cleanliness.

Cooking remains one of my cherished hobbies, and I recently ventured into the culinary scene during the challenging era of Covid. In response to the limitations, I opened my very own food truck, bringing my delectable creations to the streets.
